Dennis Helfer was a Canada-based farmer, and Elaine Helfer, a Canadian woman was her mother. [2] She was born in Donalda, Alberta, Canada. Her parents are Dennis and Elaine Helfer. The West Island, to those who are unfamiliar with it, is a large region that runs from Lachine to the west. Amanda Brugel's hometown is often referenced, however her brief visit to the West Island wasn't. Brugel grew in Courtice close to Oshawa.
